Eno, or ONE spelled backward, is a natural language intelligent assistant from Capital One you can chat with through text 24/7 to check balances instantly, pay bills, track purchases, and more.

We launched Eno at SXSW in 2017 to rave reviews ahead of the keynote presentation. By December 2017, we had 170,000 users of our intelligent assistant, but we wanted 330,000 more active users, to be exact, by March 2018. They app has been downloaded 500,000 times.

Here’s how we accomplished that aggressive goal. We launched an interactive multimedia campaign that reached our core audience where they live, work, and play and reached 500K active users to date.
